Post Etsy Meet Goal- totally not accomplished, but hey, I'm getting there

So, last week? Or was it the week before?  Anyway, in a week prior to this one, I had the awesome opportunity to hang out with Talia (http://mycrobe.etsy.com) and Yanna (http://winecountrylife.etsy.com) of Etsy in an SF Etsy meet up! Needless to say, it was very fun and very informative and I learned a lot.  Being me, I also set goals that were waaaaaay over my head.  

Neverless, I tried, darn it.  So here they are! My minis in progress!

First up: Honeydukes, a la Harry Potter.  I've only completed liquorice wands at this point, but lemon fizzes and sugar mice are in the works.

I know.  Adorable.

Next is a completed prep board of Pfannkuchen, which are also known as Berliner, which are also known as one of the funniest German mishaps ever uttered by a US President.  I'm looking at you, Kennedy, and you don't look all that doughy to me.

"Ich bin Berliner" is what he meant to say. I'm making 1:7 scale ones for earrings too, which will be posted in Etsy, hopefully by tonight, if all goes according to plan. Auf Wiedersehen!
